Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may return an item if it is damaged during delivery free of charge and a return label will be supplied to you.
If you wish to return an item because you failed to complete custom notes, your return will be at your expense. As stated on the announcements on every page, any orders without notes will be made in random colours.
If your custom note states that you wish me to choose the design, but you then aren’t happy with the design, you will also be liable to cover the cost of return.
You must properly protect the item that is being returned, if it is felt that you hadn’t made an appropriate effort to protect the item during delivery then you will not be refunded for the item if it arrives in a non-sellable state. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging to avoid the product being damaged during return.

If your return is accepted as a free of charge return, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted but you need to cover the cost, you will be given an address to send it back to and may purchase your own shipping label with any shipping provider you wish.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
